Please e-mail this information to us at the designated

Travelctc@yahoo.com, at the earliest opportunity (once you have
orders in hand) so we can set up the shuttle schedule, but NOT Later than 3

result in termination of your cadets orders.
Upon arrival at the airport cadets should go to their respective baggage pick-up
area where a uniformed Sea Cadet representative will meet them.
In order to set up a return shuttle, we will need the same information if the
recruits or other personnel will be returning home by air. Name of airline, date
and time of departure, date and time of arrival, and flight number.
Very strict time of arrival and departure limits will be necessary, due to the
sheer numbers of cadets requiring transport. There will be NO exceptions to the
times and dates required to arrive, and to depart.
Shuttle Bus: A shuttle bus will be running between CTC and the airport to pick
up recruits, cadets, and staff personnel. A staff officer will be waiting in the
baggage pickup area to direct personnel to the bus. Due to personnel and time
constraints, NO OTHER SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED. Travel time
between the airport and Camp Perry is approximately a 45-minute drive. If your
cadets/recruits are going to arrive by bus, train or to another airport, your
unit will have to make your own arrangements for transportation to the training
site, NO exceptions.
3. For cadets arriving by other than by air; they will also have to fill out the transportation form … indicating their mode of travel and who will be transporting, etc. Arrival for those driving, is between 0900 (9am) and 1400 (2 PM).
4. All cadets, regardless of time/mode of arrival will need to pack/bring a nutritious lunch (NO pop/soda or candy/junk food), as the first meal that will be provided to cadets will not be until Sunday evening chow.
